Monday

See the big picture

Begin the week by centering yourself. Write an intention for your day and week. What is your purpose this week? What actions will you take?

Tuesday

Put Up a Stop Sign to Bad Thoughts

Negative thoughts create stress, fear and overwhelm. Hit pause, go inward and choose peace. Be aware of your thoughts and how they change your experience. Try on new thoughts that uplift and call you forward.

Write down your observations.

Wednesday

Create Your Day

Remind yourself there is time for all things important. Choose being calm today as you complete the to-do list.

Write in your journal – What were you able to get done? How did it feel?

Thursday

Face the Obstacles

When faced with a challenge – ask yourself how stressful is this really? Will it matter in three months/three years? Why is this in your life? What, if any, action is necessary?
Brainstorm ways to respond and choose.

Friday

Lighten Up

Ask and write. What unnecessary pressure are you placing on yourself? What can you let go of? Stand taller, and smile bigger because of it! Research shows a good belly laugh boosts the feel-good endorphins. Not to mention it relaxes your entire body. Write fun into your day. Have a good laugh or call a good friend. Stay on the light side.

Saturday

Reach Out To Another

Lend a hand to another. Put the focus on them. Reaching out to someone else gets you away from your own worries, puts things in perspective and just feels good!

Write 3-5 positive things that happened today and ponder why they happened. Life lessons surround us when we are willing to stop and look.

Sunday

Choose Peace

Take time to be inspired and connect to divine wisdom. Practice going to that quiet place within you where peace and joy reside.

You are not here by accident. What is your divine purpose…stop and listen for clues. Write them down.
